Deliveries take place ex-works Schwabach to the stated shipping address of purchaser. Delivery dates are only binding where expressly agreed as such.The method of packaging will be determined by ourselves. Generally we ship orders via UPS or freight forwarder.
We only ship dangerous goods in compliance with the current statutory regulations (eg GGVS, ADR, IATA), even if small-quantity regulations are used. For improper transport we assume no liability. For products (dangerous goods) with legal requirements or special shipping dimensions, surcharges may be required for shipping.
Please note that deliveries to countries outside of the European Union (EU) may incur additional duties and fees. No dangerous goods are shipped to these countries.
We ship hazardous goods in small quantities (LQ, Limited Quantity) within the EU exclusively with UPS. Unfortunately, we have to charge a surcharge for the increased effort and higher parcel fees.
The countries Finland, Sweden and Norway are completely excluded from dangerous goods shipping. Denmark is evaluated according to postal codes. Please note: Dangerous goods LQ cannot be shipped to UPS access point parcel stores.
Since the total amount of Dangerous Goods LQ per vehicle is limited, there may be delays in delivery during peak periods.
